Several waterproofing products are available on the domestic market, which are purportedly glossy, have antifungal properties, and are water resistant. however, most of them do not perform as promised, i.e., they are water soluble, quickly lose their gloss, and fail to prevent fungal proliferation.

The proposed technology comprises the process and composition of a glossy new solvent with antifungal properties, which is made of inexpensive low toxicity materials. its production process is fast and easy to handle. after drying, which takes an average of 10 minutes, the product forms a protective waterproof antifungal layer on the surface of any material, e.g., paper, cement, ceramics, wood, metal, etc.
