At present, the tests used in soil analysis are manual and do not consider the energy efficiency of the penetrometers. Such analyzes turn out to have low reliability and require longer execution time.
The prototype of the developed equipment offers a medium with better precision and with results generated reliably based on the wave equation, already widely used for tests of piles. The results obtained through this device prove to be more reliable when compared with data obtained in empirical methods. In addition, this equipment does not cost the test costs because it uses the same number of operators as other methods currently used for light dynamic pentrometers without electronic devices. Another benefit of such an invention is its lower cost compared to other instruments found in the market, with portability.
