The present invention describes an ice type beverage formulated from rum with quinine, which exhibits fluorescence in the presence of black light. These characteristics have a great potential to conquer the young consumers, whose consumption habits are still in formation. In this way, this drink would contribute to the conquest of this market, whose consumers would enjoy the taste of cachaça. The association of this new market with a modernized image of cachaça would contribute to leverage the popularization of this Brazilian distillate.
