Currently, in the optoelectronic compounds development it is searched the fabrication of ultra-slim devices and processed after soluble materials. But, the greater amount of the device electrodes is produced from metal and from transparent and conductor oxides, which should be deposited by techniques that need sophisticated instruments. This new technology produces slim films for application in optoelectronic devices using a water based ink composed by organic materials with electronic properties.
This new technology can be processed after the solution by graphic print techniques, providing a significant raise in the production scale and reducing the optoelectronic device costs. It can yet be applied in such a vast way in the electronic industry in many devices like cellphones, solar cells, automobile industry, illumination devices and visual communication, beyond others.
